Notes

Goth Weekend marked the playwriting debut of Ali Taylor at the Stephen Joseph Theatre, although he had previously worked with Paul Robinson at Theatre503 in London.
The play was inspired by the world famous Whitby Goth Weekend, which takes place twice a year in the coastal town of Whitby, near Scarborough. Having begun as a celebration of Goth music and culture, the festival has expanded into a celebration of subcultures such as Goth, Steampunk and cosplay.
This was a co-production with Live Theatre in Newcastle Upon Tyne, to which the production transferred following its Scarborough run.
